Just great Normcar. I like #2 for the sharpnes and the action and I like #3 for the way you framed it. The background is dark but its lighter in the center where the bird is. Just how did that happen. Kind of like you were using studio lighting.

Houston, it's the natural light falling through branches. The Redpolls seem to have a knack for catching light in a nice way.

That last shot has the light.

Very nice all three but that one is another of your shots that stands above the rest.

The Redpoll shot is gorgeous!! The background fits in nicely to draw attention
to the bird. Overall, just a very pleasing composition. Nice catch on the
nuthatch. BTW, probably my favorite bird.
