I caught this fellow singing in a closed canopy forest, i.e. the lighting was poor. I had to shoot at 1/45 (thus the slight blurring on the upper part of the beak), f5.6, iso 200, 400mm, RAW. Image was lightened in processing.

Very respectable capture of an action momentof this bird in a difficult backlit situation. You also expose the feathers well. Your redpoll shot is also a thumbs up. Great work Joe.
