Taken with Drebel, 135-400 with 1.4x.

All have various degrees of NR, USM, Lev's and Focus Magic. The first three were cropped somewhat but no cropping done on the last two.

So tell me, Houston, how much of a part did Focus Magic have to play in this presentation because you have taken one giant leap forward in bird display on these ones. They are all excellent, great focus, exposure, pose, background, and anything else that you might wish to consider.

If your Focus Magic had a part to play in this, well, then I'd better look into this magic stuff.

Super work!

Thanks Norm. I'm not too sure that Focus Magic does any more than USM can do. The one thing that I do know is that it takes a lot of work and time, that is for me, to get them processed like I want them. But as good as these five shots were would you believe that the fastest shutter speed was 1/100th. One at 1/30th,two at 1/40th, and one at 1/50th. Don't ask me why.:-)
