They're all good, nice photos. I like #5 the best. BTW what is that brown headed bird.

Thanks Houston! After looking at the other post my pics seem a little fiat. We have not seen the sun yery much and my camera doesn't preform well in low light . The bird you ask about is a Brown-Headed Cowbird.

HI RDV

I used to use an FZ10, [the FZ20 is a better camera,] same lens as yours has, and it is GOOD at low light due to it's large aperture of F2.8.I see you are shooting at F5.2 which will decrease your shutter speed and increase the chances of a soft or blurredimage. Try reducing the f stopnumber [which increases the aperture size to allow more light in]

I also had better results setting the contrast andsharpness to "high" andthe saturation to "normal", but that is a matter of opinion as you can adjust all that afterwards with Photoshop or similar

Here are 2 pics of birds taken with the FZ10, just for example's sake, although the light must have been good because I see the aperture value was sethigher than 2.8
