Unfortunately not of the human female variety......

I was on the beach recently with a 300mm lens and caused a feeding frenzy among several dozen sea-birds when I scattered some bread on the water.

This is the best (I think) of the shots I got - what do you think though?!

Real fine shot; I like the light fringing on the backs of the wings and your crop was, to me, a good choice, leaving a bit of open space in front of the bird.

No crop used, just a bit of sharpening-up in photoshop, otherwise the shot is as it came from the camera.

The image-size I used to post the pic on this site isn't really that good. Most of the feather detail is lost with the small image. The full-size one looks much better on my desktop though!

I'll post a larger version of the photo (along with a couple of other shots I took that day) on my sharing site when I have the time.
