I saw this shot from about 200 yds out,I had time to get my lens cap off and fire up the camera,and zoom in a little.Shot in sport mode Kodak DX6490(only wish I`d set it to burst).The pic has been cropped to focus on the action.

Hi Tommysdad, nice action pic. [It's really great getting action with wildlife, isn't it]

I enjoy the full pic better than the cropped one, the front swan seems quite oblivious to the squabble.

Nice reaction to get some great action from these pretty birds. They can not only look pretty but they can be pretty nasty too apparently. Reminds me of our Canada Geese.

Thanks for looking,its my first realaction shot of anything.I have the opportunity to feed a Harris Hawk in the near future,I`ll be taking my camera with me on that day ,for sure.

amazing shot from 600 feet away... i didn't think the 6490's zoom lens was that powerful! very nicely done!!
