Hi Ralph, I think you have frozen the movement nicely and the color saturation is great. I would like to have had the bird a touch more separated from the architecture in back but it's sort of difficult telling the bird where to fly :-)The bird is a touch soft for my tastes and the belly is slightly overexposed but the wing position is really nice.

I think this is apretty fine start to what will probably be excellent future captures of flying gulls.

Thank you i see what you mean, this was one of those quick turnaround and shoot. I cropped this shot also. i will keep trying.

Hey Ralph, that last one is great. I love the rich colors and the way the bird divides rock and sky into two. This is a much more attractive photograph IMO. Nice job.
