Not the greatest shot I know, I was using the 100-300 lens hand held at 1600 ISO at F5.6 when I got this one, it was dark.

Hey, congrats on the owl, now it's my turn. :lol: Now you need to get back there and take a few more. Looks like your 1600 iso worked out nicely here. What kind of owl is this, do you know?

Congratulations on you owl Alady. I know that now that you've found one you will keep going back. :lol: I haven't found one yet. :sad:. But I will one day.

This one is a long way from my home, caught last week when I was about 450 ks away, still looking in my own area:-)

Good luck finding it. I'd love to see more shots of that owl, we don't get it here in the states (at least not where I am.)

Looks like an interesting owl.

Congrats on catching the owl. I have only seen them twice in my life (heard them
alot). Fortunately, had my camera both times.
