I actually like this shot, it may not be perfect but the tree reminds me of Christmas season and the bird looks sweet.

I don't blame you for liking this shot, I would too. Its a very good photo with nice colors and you did a fantastic job of capturing the bird. Well done....

PS The frame is nice also.

Good shot, Julie, the little red flowers add a nice touch to this work. One of my favorite birds from Australia.

alady, are you using the 400 f/5.6 L or the 100-400L? you're really getting better and better at this!!!! great work!!

thanks, no I wish I did have the 400 lens, this was taken with the 100-300 usm, the one I got second hand off Ebay, it seems to do the job.:-)
