Note to Stevekin......are you saying that life in London is more like Coronation Street??

Rose:lol:
No Rose, Coronation Street only reflects life in Manchester, where it is set, and only if they live in a cobbled street .
No more than life in Canada is like "Trailer Park Boys" (and if you grew up in the Ottawa Valley like I did, it certainly can be.)

Julie, my vote for #3. Why? There's something about the empty branch sticking up on the left hand side that balances the whole composition.

regards,

Tom,(formerly from the "valley") on Point Pelee, Canada

thanks, I think #3 is probably the best of the bunch.

just a question for you Canadians and Americans, why is the "Trailer park" so looked down upon?

Over here Caravan parks (thats what we call them here)are not treated the same way, they do have permanent residents mainly retirees but are more about people traveling through on holidays or itinerant workers. I lived in one when my hubby and I first were married and loved it. I would not mind living in one again, most are a great atmosphere.

Sorry I don't like no. 3. I do like no. 2. But I get the point about a huge amount of birds. Was at the ocean today and there were at least that many Cormorants.

Yes aladyforty, I understand you can see the odd Bear or two in Canada.

Looking at them all again, I still like number 1 for the reason I said, but no.3 does look as though it belongs on a wall or maybe a greetings card.

Thereare fat kids living in Australia and black kids and Asians and ..........

From looking at Australian fact sheets recently, one thing you don't have is........ 11,000,000 illegal immigrants. Oops....count just went up while typing this.

I like them all just to show the numbers of the birds but really like #3.

Sorry but Yogi Bear lives in Yellowstone Park in the USA. Here in Canada we have beaver, moose and bears. It's not all ice and snow and I'll post some summer pics so you can see.

Way too many Canada Geese though!!!
