I am shooting a Canon 10 D and currently have the Canon 28-135 lens and the Canon 100-400, both are IS.

I need to pick up a good wide angle lens for landscapes. I am not sure what I should buy. I don't know if there is any reason to actually buy a canon IS lens for the wide angle?

I like having telescoping lenses, but I am also thinking of buying a used F2.8 lens.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Wrong forum.

Get 17-40 if you need a good lens. Not wide enough on 10d though. You don't need IS or F2.8 for wideangle.
