Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado opened last weekend and I had the opportunity to see some great
little critters at Rainbow Curve. There were Chipmunks, Golden Mantled Ground Squirrels, Pica, Clark's Nutcrackers,
Stellar's Jays and other denizens to welcome tourists. This little Chip scampered back and forth across my wife's lap as she
sat on a stone wall overlooking the beautiful valley vista below:


SD10, Sigma 80-400OS @400mm F5.6 ISO 100 hand held...

really nice shot, looks a teeny bit oversaturated on my monitor though.

Nice rich colors. If oversaturated not by much. I like the space balance you have created between subject and background; sharp and pretty.
