The first is definitly the Spotted Sandpiper, the second looks like one of the 15000, Warbler species, but some one else will know the answer...:lol:

The second one looks like a male Magnolia Warbler to me, but I can't say for certin. The first one is definately a spotted sandpiper. Great pics!
