This image, shot out on the beach, is of a Plover landing, although it looks like he's taking off. A little Dinosaur...

Of all the birds I shoot, I find them to be the most difficult. I particulerly like this image, shot in a marine pond, about a quarter mile from the first image, a half hour after dawn.

Nice shots dave. If there weren't ripples in the water in the second shot it
would have been perfect. As it is, it's still pretty nice.
