Thanks Normcar,

How are the contrast saturation and sharpening looking in these latest photos, If you don't mind me asking.

I have been working hard on getting the right mixture and really value your opinion on if I am getting closer to the right mix. I have a really hard time not overdoing it.

Both saturation and contrast look fine on my LCD screen. I would personally do a very slight touch more sharpening -- selective sharpening -- on the breast and eyes of the first one and the back of the others. The rest of the photo looks fine to me but those specific areas I would isolate and sharpen ever so slightly more just to give that tiny punch in the more textured areas (fluffy breast feathers and back feathers and around the eye in the first)
