Hi,

Haven't posted for a long time here in this forum, just because I have moved avay from bird photographing to macro photography of beetles which probably doesn't fit in this category (or atleast I haven't seen anyone posting something like that here). So I'm posting this picture of a common frog. I kinda like this picture. Hope you'll like it either. All comments apreciated.

Cheers!

P.S. - Taken with Panasonic FZ-20

Hi,

First of all, what great camoflage that little guy has and secondly, great shot. I notice his belly seems to be slightly blurred while the rest appears sharp, was he breathing rapidly?

Nice shot and interesting pattern on this guy. With its natural camo, must be
tough to spot in these surroundings.

Hi,

Thank you edorfox and woodmeister for your comments!

Yes, they are really well camouflaged, and if they sit still, it's almost impossible to spot them. Luckily for me, this guy was jumping around :-)

Edorfox: Well, I also noticed this blurred belly and I also thaught that this probably was caused by its breathing (because the forg of course was scared ,which could cause it to breathe faster), but than again the exposure time was 1/500 - which, I think, is enough fast to freeze this action. So I'm little bit confused with this :?: Maybee forg's pattern is just naturally blurred like this? Really don't know.
But thanks again for your comments.

Cheers!
