Taken with my new 400mmf5.6 prime lens. hand held in AI servo mode. Most of them wide open at f5.6, ISO200.





For this shot, there is a grass in between me and him/her.

I see a distinct difference in your flight shots now. There is more feather texture and detail and the image just contains more information overall. The difference is extremely subtle but it is distinct and definite, the sort of difference that only those who are actually looking for it will see it.

Between that lens and the 100-400, you are set up pretty well now, bobby. Great shots and I look forward to seeing future flyers with that new piece of white pipe.
