Thanks all, I think our Aussie pelicans look paler than the ones Ive seen posted on here. Ive never seen a brown one. These guys never leave. Being a coastal town they seem to want to stay, you should see them when the fishing boats come in, they fly really close to the boats as the fishermen throw out scrap's. They also hang around the wharf, there is one who will walk straight up to you and steal fish out of your bucket:-)They also fight a local seal for the scraps too.

Neat looking birds, thanks for sharing. These pelicans are definitely paler on the bill side but the bodies are very similar. You got the flyers real nice, Julie, good going.
