The first three are truly excellent shots, and loads of artistic thought were applied, which is an area where you truly excel. The pelican flight shots are good too, but slightly tight-cropped IMO and whites are a touch blown on the first 2. I like the landing one best, even though it's from the back, because the whites are well exposed and the water implies movement extremely well.

Thanks for the comments, since everyone likes the first one so much Im going to put it aside for a club competition. I love the way that using these forums expands my way of thinking with composition. I'd never know what is pleasing to other people without it. WhatI sometimes find is great is not always the case and likewise what I think is just Ok others find artistic:-)

Very nice shots! My favorite is definitely #1. The pose, color, exposure and focus are dead on. I'm jealous. Great work. Woody
