... what equipment are you using?
Canon EOS 10D with the Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 EX

I bought this lens primarily for outdoor portraits, but it turns out to be an excellent action lens... :-) :G

All very fine shots. I too like the surf in the background. It gives a different perspective. The exposures are dead on too. Great job...send more. Woody

Hi,

I like the first one beause you have taken it as if from the bird´s perspective. The rest of the pictures is the human perspective, how we see the birds - not what the birds see.

all of them are pretty sharp. I like that.

Lovely exposures NHL, the briny background and the sharp birds create a real effective contrast of movement in these shots, and the color is spot on. Nice job.

Thank Norm, coming from the MASTER... that's something! I'm still novice at this (transitioning from studio) and 'learning the rope' so to speak. I still don't know 1/2 the name of the birds I'm shooting, but this is really an enjoyable "sport". Hope I can start contributing more to this forum once I start traveling south of the States

I hope you continue to experiment because I know how talented you are from your past posts. It's always a fun and exciting thing to see people as talented as you gravitating to wildlife photography. I hope you keep hanging in there with the wildlife. Again, very expert shooting, NHL, as usual from you.

At last some sharp pics in this forum ! So this is possible, huuu ?

I am trying to find out how much the hardware you mentioned sells at.

You may try to make pics of kiteboarders close to the shore. You should get amazing pics, especially at the peak of the jump when speed somehow is close to 0.
