This Common Tern posed for me

Great shots, dave, I really like the tern and the composition of the entire shot in that one. The eyeball of the tern is almost a perfect example of the rule of thirds working nicely.

Yes I agree, it is the best, but I like the Starling picture better...:lol:

It's got a life of its own. Would make an inmpressive 16 x 20, which is what I'll do with it.

These are very "common" birds, but until I started visiting the beach I never thought of them as "shore birds."
