Theseare a few shots of a Marico sunbird, I took many shots of him in a wildhoneysuckle bush, however "dave's filters" rendered them pretty useless, these were salvaged.

Next, a Wahlberg's eagle [could be a Tawny eagle in buff form, they're so close, it's quite difficult to ID] The light was quite poor, so I took Norm's advice, rather get the iso up than not get the bird, so I upped this to iso 1600, and it came out ok

A Cheetah mother and 2 cubs : these were very far in a thicket, in the shade, so the pics are not marvellous as such, also quite "filtered", however, I think they are "postworthy" cause of the cute moment. There are apparantly only 103 left in the wilds in SA, so it was a treat to see them.

Some technical info : there'squite a difference in quality between the first pic of the cheetah and the second, reason being is the first was shot in raw and then processed, the second in jpeg [and editted as much as possible]

Lastly, a giraffe who couldn't wait for the "cleaning services" to finish with the buffalos, so he decided to do the job himself !!

Very nice shots, Jake. What equipment, if I may ask?
