This guy, having a bad hair day, was standing in "cold light." And then taking off, he flew a few feet into warm light. Go figure. In the first image, the little blurry bird is a Greater Yellowlegs.

WOWEEEE Dave.Thedark and white contrast is stunning!! Love the hairdoo on first pic and the beautifulflight feathers on others- so graceful and soft.

Oh the horror of a missed shot.

One picture I took was of the little guy peering between the legs of the Egret. It was a shot to die for, and my camera shook! It's enough to give one religion...
