Late in the afternoon they were moving about a fair bit, had to walk a fair bit to get these shots

Cool looking birds, your second shot is excellent and you can see the eye really nicely.

Thanks Norm, Ive just discovered a new walk trail to check out soon, 2 and a half kilometers through bushland and more birds than before, will have to see if I can get some more shots of these guys:-)

Julie, that would be great if you could get more from this one, I love the bird but am slightly jealous that it's you going out to get it and not me :P

Go get it, and get it good :-)

You Aussies have such neat looking birds and animals, it's real tough on us North Americans, especially come winter time. :sad:
