Below are some action and pose shots with the 200/1.8 and a Nuthatch. I added an extension tube to get close when necessary. I have a bit more chickadee too:

The two images with the bird in mid air, are so disorintating, sort of make my eyes do a double take. Of course they're all good....

Some really cool shots of my favorite bird!!!! You remain the master of in flight shooting!!
I really like the close pose. Not often you see these silly guys right side up!

great shots Norm, that one where it is standing almost vertical yet sideways made me think of spider man:-)
