This photo was taken on the Homer spit the summer of 05. Homer has a large Eagle population and photographing wildlife here somrtimes requires nothing more than sitting in your yard. On a bad day, it may require a quick trip in the family car to the beach or a few miles out of town. And im am often asked why I would want to live in Alaska!
