Coming home from early morning last minute Christmas shopping, Out of the corner of my eye I saw 2 large Turkey Buzzards sitting in the middle of the frozen lake near my home. I then saw a Larger bird about 50 yards in front of them. I pulled the Jeep over and took out my new Olympus E500 and snapped a shot throgh the fence, but the bird was just too far away, just then he rose up and started to fly away at the same time swooping over the Buzzards heads and attacking them with a swipe of his talons, he flew to the other side of the lake, I drove around and found him in a tree, still too far away, I sped home to get my telephoto and he was still there when I returned. With a little crop and zoom here you go my first Bald Eagle. In Northeastern Bergen County New Jersey.
