Hi Guys, I've been away and also verybusy recently, so not too much time available to spend on Steve's. Happy shooting in 2006 to you all at Steve's, and THANKS for all the input, advice, tutoring, feedback, sharing and friendship [and a few jibs and jabs from Dave] here on this forum.

Anyway, here are a few shots taken recently.

The first is a fruit bat mother with it's young

This group of elephants RAN to the water during a pretty hot [36] afternoon, and the one fella couldn't wait to get in and stuck his head straight into thewater:lol:

An African Darter also giving his prey "The Eye" - It seems these chaps are similar to your Anhinga[?]

All the shots are stunning but my favourite is the bats, beautifully captured, love the their expressions!

Hard to pick a favorite here Jake. If I had to choose, I would go with the Pelican....

I love reflections...:-)
