My swimming pool is out-of-action [pity, this summer seems hotter than usual], and has become a frog pond with the recent rains that we've had. This chapwas begging for his handsome face to be displayed on Steve's:lol:

This yellowbill kite flew overhead and I managed to capture it, and later during processing discovered he had a frog in his talons

Those are some very colorful grasshoppers (I guess one is hitchhiking) I really like the landscape one. Would make for a narrow photo, but would look great cropped in closer with the single bare tree and sun .

Jake, did you feed that frog. He deserved a real nice treat for that. And the grasshoppers, well I reckon they got their own treat . For the sun and trees, leave it just as is. Its beautiful. Love um all Jake and always do.
