Male Bufflehead - The light was just right to catch the iridescence on this guys head..

Great shots, you are so correct aboutwhen the right amountof light hits theducksit really pops nicely for you!! It makes all the difference between a dull picture and a great picture.

As a licensed Buffilist, let me salute your capturing the colors of this guys head. One angle color, the next angle black, and everything in-between.
