Tuesday morning was cold out on the beach, with the temperature hovering around ten, after a dusting of snow.

This Tree Sparrow, has doubled in size from fluffing out his feathers.

I got one shot of a Warbler getting some shelter at an abandoned building at Floyd Bennet Airfield.

Dave,

I almost didn't recognize your post. I'm so used to seeing water fowl. Did your dog help with the photographing of these birds? I can see why they're so fluffed up. Nice shots. You are multi-talented. But, were they shot in Brooklyn? :-) Woody
