Great photos! Looks like your doing well in your approach technique on the Kangaroos. They dont seem as aware of your presence as seen in your previous shots.
Try approaching downwind with a late or early sun at your back ...a stratagy that seems to work well for the predators.:G
Just be careful, we dont want to see any "When Kagaroos attack" Footage !

Kangaroos are known to attack, people often dont realise this. The big males are quite dangerous, these are just the standard grey kangaroos and are quite skittish and no problem to humans except when they hop in front of your car.

Very nice shots, all of them, Julie - I really like the backlighting on the roos and deer shots. The 2 roos shot is my favourite, nicely captured with the long grass in front and back - Also nice to see the wildlife in your part of the world - thanks !!

Now this was (also) a pleasure to browse thru. Beautiful light in some of the shoots...deer and the 'roos. Lovely, lovely to gaze at. The light actually gives a wee halo to the deer in the centre shot, and it works nicely. Nice job...you just keep getting better.
