not so good in color, a little blown out. Had to do a bit of work on them and went B/W to improve them

I'd be curiious to see how much the second onewas blown out.

OK I went through all my files and cant actually find the originals, i did however find these where i had started working on them in color (the originals are on a CD somewhere among the thousands of shots I save to CD).

anyway as you can see the barn owl seemed to be a little blown out on the top of his head. The background here has been played with as it was way too bright, I think I desaturated it. The reason i went black and white was to enhance the eyes.







This second one was not too bad but again the background was terrible, i desaturated it, this shot is not too bad really. I kind of like the B/W versions better which is why I posted them, As the color versions could have more work done, perhaps sharpening etc, What do you think?
