I lucked out at my favourite park and came across some warblers.

Thanks VP - according to my Peterson Field Guide, it is a Yellow-rumped "Myrtle" warbler.

I love these birds. We get the audobon variety of the yellow rumphere in oregon. Looks like the main difference between the Myrtle and Audubon is in the throat color. There seems to be alot of them this year.
