Linda, are you by chance taking raptor shot' in hastings this Saturday? I'll be at Carpenter Park from 11 - 2:00ish taking some shots.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Buzzsaw - I am not sure what my schedule will be tomorrow but I'll definitely look for you (or your car!) if I head to the Carpenter Nature Center. Today I went to Black Dog Road (off of 35W in the Burnsville area) and found the Osprey nest that is there. It was posted on MOU. (in case you didn't see it - it's on the body of water to the west up by the power plant - they have built a nest on one of the high power electrical wires that is out in the water) You can get a good look at the birds and several times one of them flew right over my head with a huge fish in its talons. You should check it out!
