Took the family to this National Wildlife Refuge in Delaware on Memorial Day. It contains nearly 26,000 acres of mostly marsh lands. We saw a lot of differnt types of shore and wading birds. Here is a sampling. All taken with my Rebel XT with Tamron 200-500 most out of our van windows.

There are some good shots here but the Snowy egret works well for me. The whole picture is really nice.

Nice variety Bob. I too really like the redwing. Great lighting and pose. You've captured him in his enviroment!!
