I used the Cannon 300 F4 with a 1.4 extender. When you you add the crop factor of 1.6 it's fairly long.

yeah, that gets you about 670mm... regardless, those are great shots. the first is absolutely wonderful... the angle of the light, the color of his fur and eyes... frame that sucker an' hang it on the wall!
