Oh you got some beauties here Bob. I've been on the hunt for these little guys now for a couple of weeks. Got a few decent shots, but they're doing most of their perching in heavy foliated trees at the moment. Hope to get some that are more cooperative soon.....cheers.........Don.

These birds just don't hack it in my field guides. Seeing these photographs once again reveals their startling beauty. It's the prime example of beauty in simplicity. Nice shots

They are all nice, but I like the first one the most. I really like this bird too. Although there are some more colorful birds, this is one of my favorites.

I've never seen the red and yellow on these guys stand out so - very nice!
