You'd think I was stalking ducks with babies... nope... they just happened to be near the Smallmouth Bass fishing spot I was at. A full sequence of shots all taken at the premier Walleye lake in Minnesota.. Lake Mille lacs.

















And the Rock star has been introduced by the choir!! :?

Very nice pictures, I like the ducks pictures, they are special and gulls shot is very cool too, great job

Buzzsaw, excellent!! You seem to be masteringthat D200 as these are some of your best... The Merganser is not an easy subject to get close into especially with offspring.You should include a few shots with a little less crop showing a bit more of its enviroment.

Thanks Kent! I was actually really close to them asmost are not even cropped. However I do have a few from further away. I can't believe how lucky I have been recently with Woodies & Common mergansers and their ducklings... just crazy!:-)

Darn cute shots of the Mergansers. I really appreciate your capture of the gulls. Right place, right moment. Great shot, shots, all.
