Here's sharing some recent captures...:-)

1. Black-naped Monarch, 350D + Sigmonster, 800 mm, f/9, 1/125 sec , ISO 400





2. Handsome Sunbird (a Philippine endemic) , 20D + 500 f4 IS + canon 1.4x, 700 mm, f/5.6, 1/125 sec, ISO 800





3. Plain-throated Sunbird (male), 20D + 500 f4 IS + canon 1.4x, 700 mm, f/5.6, 1/100 sec, ISO 400

I liked all the shots you posted. They are just awesome andfantastic. All shots were well framed, colorful and razor sharp. Especially good was theaccurate focusing on the eyes of the birds, which instantaneously attracted my attention when viewing them. Especially liked the last shot from the top. The curiosity in the eyes of the bird might have aroused the attention of many a viewer who would be interested in knowingabout the things happening above the branch where the bird was resting.

2. Blue-throated Bee-eater, 1DM2 + 400 5.6L, hand held, 1/200 sec, f/5.6, ISO 400
