Any one care to take a stab at removing the limb coming across the body and face of my hawk? Any other improvements appreciated also.All I have done is crop and resize.

This would just be a simple cloning job, but the image is so small it's hardly worth the effort. If you want something usable, I'd suggest you crop just the bird itself and get the image as large as you can. Posting on an external site might get you some extra storage space. Photobucket allows 512k per picture, so I see no reason why you couldn't post that portion at about 100%.

Once that part is finished, you could place it on top of your original and finish the rest of it.

I use xs.to and it allows 1.5mb per picture I believe. That may help too.

Depends how much you want cleaned. At some point it will look fake.

Personally I went clone crazy, added saturation and increased sharpness.

Well im not ashamed to say I buggered this one up.

Poor bird looks like Professor Yaffle from Bagpuss now.

Bagpuss now that is a blast from the past. :)

You guys will go blind staring at the screen that intense editing out all those branches. Some nice work guys.
