Took a shot at trying to bring out some detail in the speaker. Mostly just increased noise, but here's my try.

Well, jeeze.....Mine ain't no better!

I did one (this one) with noise reduction. Smoothed it out a bit, but at an obvious loss of detail.

People could probably do a better job for you if you posted the original full sized image online somewhere they could retrieve it to work on. Besides the noise there are a lot of compression artifacts to deal with.

Wow, those are a great improvements. my wife took the photo with a film camera. It was pretty dark. I appreciate your efforts they look good. How would I post the pic like you said?
