is there a good program or something, on the camera the picture looked fine (casio EX750) but when uploaded u cant see anything.

If anyone could help me out or do it for me thanks alot.

i cant attach cause its too big to be attached.

most cant lend advice w/o a picture... resize then post... most editing software and windows paint can resize...

Just to flout convention, I'll venture a few opinions before your pic is posted!

First, make sure that your monitor brightness and contrast settings are optimal. Your monitor may have some built-in profiles that are designed for photo/graphics display.
A Google safari will find various sites that will provide instructions and targets for basic contrast/brightness adjustments.

If the pix still look dark after your monitor is adjusted, check out a feature called "Levels" that every photo editing program has. This is probably the single best tool in terms of a compromise between simplicity and quality for adjusting the shadow, midrange and highlights of an image. Another web safari will tell you how to use the levels sliders. Or, if your editor offers "Auto Levels" that might do a perfectly fine job with the click of one button.
