I would appreciate some help in adding a couple of water droplets to give the appearance of the hand coming out of the water if possible. Thanks for any help.

Well cock3tail, This is the best I could manage.
On the right hand side I left a bit of original, just for a hint that blending of hand and the sea should be smoother
Hope others may also start giving some input

Thanks mcliu, I was after the water to be dripping or running off the hand back down into the water, rather than splashing upwards.Sorry for not explaining myself better. John.

couple of points, the hand would look better lower down the pic not on the horizon, you would then need to add motion rings round the hand in the water, the moon would shine on water and the hand as well

was thinking how to do the water, if the hand is one a seperate layer there are actions for photoshop that add water effects, if its not then its a whole lot harder

nice project idea though

Ripples are a good addition, also check out some stock images of splashes, look more for splash out than splash in, the classic droplet in water is not how something coming out would look. I put this one together very quickly to give you an idea, added the other image and created some disruption to the existing water.

WOW!!!. Thanks to you all.So very clever. For anyone interested,I am posting the pic that I started with. It's simply my wife holding her hand above her head,I then positioned the moon on her hand and with Flaming Pears, added the water. John.
